Dear Saints,
‘Now gather yourself in troops, O daughter of troops; He has laid siege against us;
They will strike the judge of Israel with a rod on the cheek. But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting’
Micah 5:1-2 Tonight as we were praying for the body of Christ, the verses above came with intent and force from the Lord. The troops part stood out as pointing to the unique and individual roles that we’re commissioned to play! In this poignant time and hour that we have found ourselves in, you need to find that unique role God has called you in. DO NOT shut down what someone else is doing, if you don’t feel you’re called into and may not fit your ‘narrative’ and understanding.
Someone might be called to comb the hair of the bride, another to maybe called to wash her feet.
Whatever strategy you have, you will also have the sphere of influence and the people that will hear in the spirit what you carry, and then partner with it. If you don’t feel to partner, don’t try and hinder, because you might be the one actually distracting. You might be the one being used by the enemy to stop something that God wants to do; a move of God. Find exactly what God has called you to do, the tribe and the people that will hear the spirit of the Lord in what you're doing, partner with them and see the purpose of God fulfilled.
Gather yourself in troop, so that enemy’s eternal plan to strike the cheek of the body of Christ, will not succeed.
Contentment is another key thing. Micah in speaking of the coming Messiah talks about the remnant, which is pointing to unity. It's all about unity; those that are united in doing it and thus causing the branch to come forth. Revival will come forth.
I also felt that the Lord elaborate 2 Chronicles 7:14 the more to me. Father God showed me that, It’s the corporate humility in the hearing the voice of God in a place where you may disagree with or don't even get on with yet yielding yourself to the Holy Spirit to come in agreement for the purposes of God from the place, that commands the blessing and healing of God. This is the humility that's required in this hour. Not letting our differences block what we know is right, or what we know is right to do yet we refrain.
Saints we are at the point, and we are moving into the biggest reset button, were God is really preparing and sanctifying the church to govern. So let's do this well and gather ourselves into troops, being content and at peace with whatever patch God has for us. It may not be ‘glamorous’ or seemingly at the ‘forefront’ and so try to stop the wider work, as we don’t feel part of it. No! Let’s rather gather!
Adored.
Rev.Betty King.
