About CHANGE
Change is a women’s ministry of Betty King International Ministries based in Ghana, established to empower women to embrace their God-given identity, fulfil their purpose and become agents of transformation in their communities and nations.
Through mentorship, leadership development and community initiatives, Change creates opportunities for women across generations to connect, share wisdom and build meaningful relationships.
From the judiciary and government to healthcare, education, business and other professional sectors, influential and accomplished women bring their experience, knowledge and insight to equip and inspire emerging generations.
Change believes that when women are empowered, their influence extends beyond their individual lives, shaping families, institutions, communities and ultimately nations.

Extending compassion through practical initiatives that respond to the needs of vulnerable individuals and communities. From supporting orphanages to contributing towards improvements in healthcare, The Change works to create meaningful opportunities for better living conditions, wellbeing and community development.

An annual celebration recognising individuals whose leadership, service and contributions are making a difference in their communities and across the nation - bringing CHANGE. The Change Awards honours trailblazers, pioneers and changemakers who have demonstrated excellence, broken barriers and created pathways for others to follow. By celebrating their achievements, the Awards also inspire emerging generations to pursue lives of purpose, service and meaningful influence.
